SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect sales tax for goods, unless we have a completed and signed Sales Tax Exemption Form. Tax is 0.0825% for purchases made in Texas. If sales tax is not computed in an order, Monograms Today will do it for you and add the applicable amount to your order.

SHIPPING PER ADDRESS

Ground                $6.00 - first item plus $2.00 each additional item

2^nd Day Air          $10.00 per item

Next Day Air        $18.00 per item

After an order is placed, allow 1-5 days before shipping for processing and monogramming. Shipping of orders usually occurs 5-12 business days after order placed.

Additional time may occur for orders on backorder.

BACK ORDERS

Orders for items that are not in current stock will be placed on hold for back orders. Orders on hold due to back order will delay shipping.  Customers will be notified by e-mail of back order items and a timeline for items to be available.

ORDER CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If we have not yet monogrammed/personalized the item(s) that you have requested, we may be able to make a change. 
For cancellations or changes, e-mail  monogramit@att.net. Indicate your order number and message.

RETURN POLICY

Because monogramming is a custom service, we cannot accept returns on monogrammed items once they have been completed and/or shipped. If the product is defective, you will receive an exchange.
